Casa Muñoz was approached by the sustainable company "Proyectos Conscientes" to design their first restaurant in Madrid. In order to give to the project the key components we thought essentials for its development, Casa Muñoz worked through its gallery Machado-Muñoz.
Machado-Muñoz proposes Lucas Muñoz for the conception, development and completion of this project. A designer who develops his work in the field of construction processes, recycling and material reuse, as well as searching for craft solutions to energetic problems.
